The  number of participants is limited to 100. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registrations exceeding the maximum participant contingent will be put on a waiting list.

To register

• Click here: EVENT REGISTRATION

• Press the button register  and create an account.

• You will get an email with a link to activate your account.

• Afterwards you can log-in and sign up for the event.

• Please keep your arrival information always up to date.

• To edit your data, login, go to "My bookings" and click on the event.

• Print your booking confirmation and bring it along with you to the GTG.

Important

• You can participate in the event only if your registration appears in the list of participants (not in the waiting list). You are responsible for finding out whether this is the case by checking the list of participants.
• If you are registered and cannot attend the event, you must cancel your registration via this tool or by writing an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   before the registration closing time.
• If your registration is on the waiting list, you are expected to be available for taking part in the event in case a place becomes free. Otherwise, you must cancel your registration via this tool or by writing an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • IAESTE Austria is not liable for any injury or damage to your property that might occur before, during or after the event. You must be properly insured against accidents.

Visa

Please check if you need a visa to travel to Austria. We can send you a visa invitation letter to obtain a visa. In that case, please send us your passport copy (see description in the registration). The visa issuance can take 3 weeks, so you should be quick! Before you go to the closest embassy or consulate, make sure you have all the required documents.
